I am a higher education English teacher specialising in phonetics and phonology with over nineteen years of experience. I deliver international CPD pronunciation courses for multilingual learners, including EFL teachers, translators and interpreters. 

A frequent conference speaker, I was awarded the 2023 IATEFL PronSIG Classroom Research Scholarship. I hold a BA in Translation and Interpreting and an MA in English Language. 

Drawing on vocational actor training courses and fringe theatre experience, I have authored English Pronunciation Through Acting Exercises and Techniques (2024), designed as a practical handbook that helps speakers improve their intelligibility and expressiveness.
